Job Summary
This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM, and processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently. The position includes in‑depth conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities and connecting them to appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls efficiently
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and results focus
- Effective collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships
- Passionate about delivering an experience that improves clients’ financial lives

- Efficiently manage time and capacity; focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions
- At least one year of demonstrated sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- At least six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance)
