We are seeking aSenior

Regional Finance Manager to join our West Division Finance team. Reporting to the Director, Division Controller&Business Strategy, this roleis responsible for leading financial, commercial, operational, capital expenditure, and strategic analysis in support of the Rocky Mountain Region. The Finance Manager will manage and develop financial talent while delivering actionable insights that inform decision-making, improve performance, drive long-term value creation, and partner on compliance within the company control environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations that drive regional value creation.
  • Lead ongoing financial analysis, KPI monitoring, forecasting, and financial modeling to support operational performance, investment decisions, continuous improvement initiatives, and routine plan/forecast processes.
  • Partner with regional and senior leadership to convert strategic questions into data-driven financial insights that support organizational objectives.
  • Provide financial evaluation and due diligence for organic and inorganic investment initiatives, assessing alignment with required return thresholds and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact executive-level presentations for audiences ranging from regional leadership to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Prioritize andallocateteam resources to effectively support regional initiatives, deadlines, and leadership needs.
  • Establish andmaintainstrong relationships across the organization, serving as a trusted financial business partner to internal customers and peers.
  • Support broader strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Partner onGAAP adherence, compliance with financial controls, andaccuratebilling/payment to business partners through partnership with centralized accounting.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in alignment with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative or technical discipline required.
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of10years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, or business analytics, includingdemonstratedleadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop employees, set priorities, and deliver results through others.
  • Strong capability to manage multiple priorities, support diverse stakeholders, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-directed and results-oriented, with the ability tooperateindependently while contributing effectively within a collaborative leadership team.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Proficiency in Tableau,PowerBI, or other data visualization tools preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

The hiring range for this position is $150,000 -$180,000 exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary). The offered base compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Martin Marietta we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the compensation for those in similarly situated roles and direct team members.

The hiring range for this role represents the base compensation we expect to pay for the position at time of hire and does not represent the total possible base pay of the position.
