About the FirmWe are a lean, entrepreneurial real estate investment firm focused on identifying compelling opportunities and creating value through disciplined investing and hands-on execution. We combine the analytical rigor of an institutional investor with the speed, creativity, and accountability of an entrepreneurial sponsor.
We believe small, exceptional teams can outperform much larger organizations when people have clear responsibility, good information, and the right tools to execute. We use technology, AI, and thoughtful operating systems to eliminate low-value work, improve decision-making, and keep the organization lean.
We are opportunistic in where and how we invest, disciplined in how we evaluate risk, and focused on building a durable investment platform over the long term.
How We Work- Own the outcome. We do not stop at reporting a problem. We get to the root of it, develop a point of view, recommend a path forward, and follow through.
- Clear roles, earned scope. Responsibilities, decision rights, and incentive structures are defined clearly. Autonomy, responsibility, and upside expand through demonstrated judgment, performance, and the needs of the business.
- Bring a point of view. We expect people to challenge assumptions respectfully, surface disagreements early, and say what they actually think. Once a decision is made, we align and execute.
- Build systems, not bureaucracy. We use AI, technology, data, and lightweight processes to make work faster, more reliable, and more valuable—not to create layers of administration.
- High standards, low ego. We move quickly, care deeply about quality, and step up during intense periods around transactions or operating issues. We value judgment and results over performative busyness, titles, or corporate theater.
- Own your lane, contribute beyond it. Everyone has clear primary responsibilities, but we operate as a lean team. You will work close to senior leadership and major decisions, and when an important problem falls between functions, we step in and help move it forward. Over time, we want people increasingly focused on the work where they create the most value
We are looking for an experienced, systems-oriented Manager of Asset Management & Portfolio Operations to serve as the primary owner of day-to-day asset performance across our portfolio. This is not primarily a reporting or support role. We need someone who can rapidly understand what is happening at a property, identify the few issues or opportunities that matter most, develop a practical plan, and drive execution through property-management teams and other partners.
The right person is energized by seeing operational truth quickly—finding root causes of underperformance, recognizing opportunities others may overlook, and turning those insights into simple strategies, systems, and accountability that measurably improve results. They know when deeper analysis is warranted and when the available information is sufficient to make a sound decision and move.
You will lead third-party property management oversight, financial and operating reviews, leasing and revenue strategy, repairs and maintenance, capital-project execution, and ongoing performance initiatives. Senior leadership will remain closely available for strategic context, major decisions, and quick problem-solving, but this role is expected to own the diagnosis, recommended course of action, execution, and follow-through on normal asset-management matters.
