Lending Receptionist

Credit Union of Denver is looking for a friendly, organized Lending Receptionist who is ready to start or grow their career in financial services. In this role, you'll gain hands‑on experience to the lending process, build valuable professional skills, and grow within a supportive team while welcoming visitors and assisting our members and departments.

In this role, you'll help keep the lending experience for our members running smoothly by welcoming members/visitors, assisting with loan‑related forms, routing applications and messages, processing payments and verification requests, maintaining lending documents, supporting daily balancing, and answering department calls.

This role is a great starting point for someone who wants to learn the lending side of financial services. You'll gain exposure to supporting members, assisting the lending team, and learning how loan processes move from start to finish. It’s a great opportunity to build financial services experience while making a meaningful impact each day.

• -High school diploma or equivalent.
• -One to three years of related experience performing front desk, office, clerical, or receptionist duties preferred.
• -Credit union or financial services experience is a plus.

Full Time, Non-Exempt Position

Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30

$19.57-$21.75 per hour

This position is eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour bilingual pay differential for verified English/Spanish proficiency.
