Seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our specialized eating disorder treatment programs with expertise in psychology, clinical leadership, and evidence-based care. The ideal candidate holds a PhD or PsyD and additional credentials such as CEDS (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist) and FAED (Fellow of the Academy for Eating Disorders) are preferred.

As Clinical Director, you will provide strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality clinical interventions and a compassionate, inclusive treatment environment. This role is pivotal in advancing program development, staff supervision, and maintaining compliance with best practices in eating disorder treatment.

Clinical Director Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop innovative, evidence-based treatment programs tailored to eating disorder recovery.
• Supervise and mentor clinicians, supporting professional development and ensuring superior clinical care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with accreditation standards, documentation protocols, and best practices.
• Conduct staff training and continuing education to enhance clinical competencies.
• Foster professional relationships and build referral networks for expanded community outreach.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize program operations and strategic initiatives.
• Provide direct patient care when needed, maintaining seamless program execution.

Clinical Director Qualifications:

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Licensed as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Colorado.
• CEDS (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist) and FAED (Fellow of the Academy for Eating Disorders) preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience, including direct supervision of senior-level clinicians.
• Expertise in evidence-based approaches for eating disorder and co-occurring condition treatment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
