Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community is searching for a Director of Residential Services to join us full-time and help ensure we're providing the best care we can to our elderly residents.

• Creating positive relationships with staff, residents, and family members to support a warm and comfortable senior living environment
• Coordinating vital medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, and social care to help elderly residents feel their best
• Engaging with residents and family members and providing emotional support
• Helping the marketing team create and execute promotional campaigns
• Doing what you can to enhance the experience at our retirement community

• Experience working in a senior living or other care facility
• Some knowledge about or experience with marketing
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
• Self-motivation to help others and support the well-being of the elderly

You'll usually work Monday through Friday with some flexibility to meet the community's needs and ensure residents are fully taken care of.
