Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora, CO.
Department: OT IP Acute
Work Schedule: PRN, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
Schedule: 2 weekend days per month (24 per year). 1 Holiday and Holiday Weekend per year. Weekdays as needed.
Pay: $38.72 – $58.08 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
This position is onsite only; no hybrid or remote option.

Minimum Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred).
- Licensure/Certification: Current Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies licensure to practice OT. Basic Life Support (BLS) healthcare provider certification.
- Experience: None required.

- Occupational Therapist – State Licensed
- BLS card (American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer) must be valid and good through 60 days of hire.
- Create tailored intervention plans focused on helping patients develop, regain, or maintain skills needed for daily living, work, and leisure activities.
- Facilitate participation in meaningful activities by helping patients achieve independence and satisfaction through creative problem‑solving and teaching new task approaches.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on their condition, treatment strategies, safety precautions, and use of adaptive equipment.
