We are seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in‑home therapy to adult clients in Lakewood, CO
.

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care Visits:
  Up to $120 per SOC
• Part‑Time Caseload: 10–20 visits per week

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care

• A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship
• Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• A minimum of 1‑year clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology is preferred, but not required
