- Experience & Expertise: 7+ years in software engineering; minimum 2 years leading HIPAA/HITRUST initiatives, Azure cloud services, .NET 10 / C#, EHR platforms using FHIR/HL7, HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2.
- Skills & Attributes:
Leadership, architectural thinking, cross-functional communication. - Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with LIMS, wearables, nutrition tech, biomarker analytics, ML/AI in health.
