SAP CO Consultant – S​/HANA

We are seeking a skilled SAP CO Functional Consultant with expertise in S/4

HANA to lead and ensure the seamless end-to-end integration of the S/4

HANA Finance solution. You will play a key role in the implementation and deployment of the Finance project, acting as the owner of the solution and coordinating closely with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business workshops to help design the future Core Model, ensuring full integration of the S/4
  
  HANA Finance solution.
• Adjust and configure CO modules based on workshop outcomes and evolving business needs.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications in English.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify post-MVP releases and define implementation strategies that minimize disruptions to current systems.
• Contribute to integration, testing, and migration planning.
• Support Product Owners by offering insights and guidance rooted in digital best practices and industry standards.
• Recommend improvements and assist in prioritizing the Product Backlog based on business value.
• Ensure Product Backlog transparency, clarity, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Break down features into user stories that can be delivered within a sprint, including defining acceptance criteria.
• Help clarify user stories and support technical and defect stories as needed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively engage with the Scrum team.

• Strong business analysis skills and experience modeling business processes in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Deep understanding of controlling flows including standard cost, actual cost, and material ledger.
• Expertise in defining and managing CO-related interfaces.
• Solid knowledge of integrated business processes: S2P, R2R, O2C, and PP.
• Hands-on experience with S/4
  
  HANA configuration.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a business-focused approach.
• Comfortable sharing and transferring knowledge across teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Over 5 years of experience in large-scale transformation or ERP implementation projects.
• Proven track record of success in SAP S/4
  
  HANA deployment environments.
• Deep knowledge of the Controlling (CO) module within S/4
  
  HANA.
• Experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Agile environments, particularly in digital projects.
