The Desktop Technician V is asenior-most technical and leadership role, providing expert-level support, managing teams, and driving IT initiatives across multiple BIA locations.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for desktop and end-user technologies
• Manage and initiate IT projects and modernization initiatives
• Supervise and mentor teams of5+ technicians
• Develop enterprise-level documentation, workflows, and operational procedures
• Ensure adherence to federal IT security and compliance requirements
• Coordinate directly with FSMs, GTMs, and CORs
• Support high-impact incidents and enterprise escalations

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 yearsof IT support experience with leadership responsibilities
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft OS, Office, and enterprise applications
• Proven project and team management experience
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• ITIL certification
• federal IT experience
