Job Description- Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross‑functional applications.
- Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhanced system productivity, as needed.
- Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
- Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.
- Customer Focused – knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay Transparency- Base Salary: $88,550.00 – $
- Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and based on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 02/04/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
