We are looking for a skilled Dev Ops Engineer with strong experience in AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Git Lab, and Datadog. The ideal candidate will design, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows to support high availability, scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ECS/EKS, Lambda).
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using Datadog.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools (Terraform/Cloud Formation).
- Improve deployment reliability, performance, and security across environments.
- Collaborate with development teams on release processes and environment stability.
- Automate operational tasks using Ansible and custom playbooks.
- Troubleshoot issues across microservices, REST APIs, web services, and 3rd party integrations.
- Work with SQL/MariaDB SQL for debugging, validating data, and resolving application-level failures.
- Leverage AWS Cloud Watch and AWS dashboards for latency, performance, and error monitoring.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes/EKS workloads.
- Use APM tools (Datadog APM, service maps, traces) for end to end traceability, performance, and latency issues
- Support microservice-based architecture and related functional behavior.
- Understanding on the application behavior end-to-end, including service interactions and data flow.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Proficiency in Git Lab CI/CD.
- Expertise with Datadog monitoring & observability.
- Solid understanding of containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Strong SQL/MariaDB SQL.
- Experience supporting microservices and distributed applications.
- Ability to handle triage logs, metrics, traces, and DB checks.
- Hands on experience with Ansible automation.
- Working knowledge of APM tools, Cloud Watch, and performance dashboards.
