Role Overview
The Corporate IT Support Specialist delivers high-quality technical support and operational excellence for Restaurant Support Center (RSC) Team Members, Executive Leadership, remote employees, and field-based users.
What You Will Do- Provide technical support to RSC Team Members, remote users, and field personnel across Windows PCs, Macs, mobile devices, Teams Rooms, printers/copiers, and related technologies.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, dependable, and motivated to continuously improve both technical knowledge and support processes.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support, desktop support, or corporate technology support role
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- ITIL Foundations certification
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with endpoint/system configuration management
- Experience with IT asset management processes
- Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms
- Experience supporting Executive/VIP users
- Basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience supporting AV and conference room technologies
Compensation Range: $75,235.00 - $
