About The Role

What if your clinical trial expertise could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare research? We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to oversee the operational execution of clinical trials — and in doing so, help train the next generation of AI models built on real-world clinical knowledge.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track, on budget, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on schedule
  • Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and partners
  • Coordinate with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study operations
  • Identify operational risks early, resolve issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
  • Apply your real-world clinical expertise to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research
Who You Are
  • Experienced in clinical trial project management — you've owned timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Comfortable managing CROs, external research partners, and cross-functional teams simultaneously
  • Skilled at juggling multiple work streams without letting the details slip
  • Methodical, proactive, and confident making decisions under pressure
  • Clear and effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools or research evaluation workflows
  • Background in regulatory affairs, clinical data management, or medical affairs
