Web Content Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office).

Hours: Approximately 20, could ramp up to 30 hours/week (4 hours/day preferred, flexible morning schedule to support Eastern Time franchise owners).

Duration: Through the end of 2026 with potential extension and additional hours.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Specialist, to support a high volume of digital marketing requests from our client’s franchise owners. This role focuses on website updates/changes/additions/edits, QA and ticket resolution while ensuring brand consistency across multiple local websites.

• Manage and complete marketing requests submitted through
• Update website content, images, layouts, landing pages, blog posts, and business information using the Service Titan CMS.
• Review franchise‑submitted website updates for brand compliance and provide feedback when revisions are needed.
• Troubleshoot basic website content issues and assist franchise owners with website‑related questions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to prioritize requests and deliver timely updates.

• Experience managing website content in a CMS, specifically Service Titan CMS

• Familiarity with  or similar project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced, ticket‑driven environment.
• Experience with Google Search Console or Google Ads is a plus.
