Business Partner – Product Management Manager, Digital Services

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Plan and lead low‑to‑medium complexity IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal groups to identify needs, deliver effective solutions, and support business objectives.
• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products and solutions—from ideation through delivery and support—by orchestrating cross‑functional collaboration across development, QA, and operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer‑related degree required.
• 7‑10 years of diversified IT experience required.
• 3‑5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience working with Industrial Control Systems and Operations Technology in the Oil & Gas or energy vertical.
• Agile Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management or similar Agile certifications preferred.
