Responsibilities
- Provide operational and technical support for Midstream Operational Technology (OT) environments
- Translate business and operational requirements into secure, reliable, and scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with Operations, Process Control, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues
- Lead complex problem resolution and drive continuous improvement of OT systems
- Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for optimization
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required
- Preferred
Certifications:
Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), CompTIA Network+ or Security+, Microsoft or Linux server certifications, VMware (VCP)
