Technical Writer – Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge, skill and expertise in producing effective technical and programmatic documentation
• Collaborate with functional leads, subject matter experts, engineers, and developers to gather technical details
• Conduct independent research on industry standards and product specifications
• Create user manuals, instruction guides, FAQs, whitepapers, design specification, technical reports
• Ensure organization and structure of content follows required templates
• Develop templates and documentation frameworks for team use
• Responsible for document management and version control

• Bachelor's degree with writing emphasis or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Strong writing, researching, and creating content
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with markup languages (e.g., HTML, XML)
• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Mad Cap Flare, Adobe Frame Maker)
