Responsibilities
- Oversee design, implementation, operations, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Manage IT Operations personnel
- Interface with LM client to optimize LM Enterprise Network performance
- Ensure excellent customer service for LMSP customers
- Manage Fiscal Year budgets for IT O&M
- Approve Standard IT Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Network Operations Team
- Represent LM and LMSP in a professional manner
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM field
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with 5 of those years in leadership
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in IT Operations and/or IT Projects
- Experience with Leading Technical Teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience managing department budget
- Technical background in enterprise environments to support team interaction, project estimation, and project management engagement
