Senior Workday Financials Consultant - Client Leader

• play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role

• spend time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects

• project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein

• creating compelling client-ready presentations

• focus on developing Analysts and Coachees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
• 1-2 years of experience owning project work streams with little to no supervision
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
• Workday Financials certifications (FDM, Record-to-Report, Accounting Center, etc.) preferred
• CPA or equivalent accounting certification preferred
• Experience with multi-entity, higher ed, healthcare, or complex operating models preferred
• Preferred prior consulting experience of 3-5+ years
• Functional experience with data conversion, reporting, and integrations
