All-Source Analyst

BTS Software Solutions is seeking an All-Source Analyst to collect and analyze intelligence from multiple sources, synthesize data into coherent briefings, monitor and assess information to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Primary Locations:
Colorado Springs, CO and El Paso, TX

Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI

• Execute intelligence analysis to support operational priorities IAW standing intelligence production priorities and guidance.
• Develop, provide and disseminate comprehensive finished all‑source intelligence studies, analysis, and estimates in support of military commander worldwide.
• Conduct meetings and coordination efforts at times commensurate with the complexity and status of the effort during specified operations.
• Sourcing requirements for disseminated analytical products IAW directive, guidance, and policy.
• Drive production and analysis to satisfy commander and national requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex cybersecurity issues, responding to requests for information and submitting intelligence collection and production requirements.
• 12 years of relevant experience, educational degree, to include advanced all‑source course, planning course, tradecraft and operational courses.

$110,000 to $125,000 full salary range lowest to highest across locations. The BTS pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
