Role Overview
Supports the installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices, responds to and resolves incidents, and completes assigned tasks within Service Level Objectives/Agreements (SLOs/SLAs). Performs configuration management functions, coordinates network operations, and maintains accurate asset management records. Requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week.

Requirements- 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education
- Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2
- Available to travel up to 20% of the time
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
