• Participate in IT department, infrastructure project review, and property IT standup meetings to understand strategic goals and initiatives, and communicate them within the IT department
• Communicate ongoing or upcoming system resource and capacity needs to IT leadership to ensure optimal efficiency
• Ability to gain an understanding of operational processes and needs as it relates to technology and work effectively with operational staff in the coordination of projects and identifying operational technology needs
• Endpoint lifecycle management — Deploy, configure, secure, and maintain Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Configuration Manager (SCCM); own operating system upgrade programs across the corporate office and supported properties
• Application packaging and deployment — Package, test, publish, and update applications through Intune and SCCM, including automated third-party update tooling; validate deployment success and remediate failures
• Device configuration and compliance — Build and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, update rings and channels, and scope tags; verify each site receives the correct configuration
• Identity and access administration — Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra  provisioning, onboarding and termination, group membership, file and application permissions, license assignment, privileged and service accounts, and directory synchronization
• Access governance and account hygiene — Perform recurring reviews of inactive accounts and computers, stale passwords, unused credentials, and password-vault integrity, and reconcile terminated employees daily against the human capital management system; document findings and remediation
• Single sign-on and application integration — Configure and troubleshoot SAML and OIDC single sign-on and vendor application integrations
• Vulnerability and patch management — Remediate vulnerabilities identified by the vulnerability management platform and internal reporting; apply operating system, application, and firmware security updates to servers and endpoints; drive remediation to closure within defined windows and document the outcome
• Endpoint security operations — Administer and monitor endpoint protection; investigate endpoint and identity alerts; triage reported phishing and quarantined mail; respond to security monitoring notifications; and take containment action such as re-imaging and credential resets when a device or account is at risk
