Vivo Infusion is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician I in Lakewood, CO. You will be the front-line IT support, handling phones, tickets, and on-site requests while escalating complex issues to Tier 2.
The role also manages assets, documentation, and quarterly access audits, with a strong focus on customer service and HIPAA compliance. The position reports to the IT Director and operates in a fast-paced environment, with regular daytime hours and occasional on-call duties.
