Consultant – Workday Platforms, Technology

• Guide clients in assessing platform options and determining how Workday and other enterprise platforms serve their priorities
• Implement technology and platform solutions with exceptional quality
• Apply technology solutions to complex cloud challenges in collaboration with ecosystem partners
• Help organizations streamline processes, manage change, and maximize their investment in Workday
• Optimize clients’ business processes while aligning with recommended practices for their industries
• Contribute to digital solutions for defense and security, financial services, healthcare, and state and local government clients
• Collaborate with partners to solve complex client problems and maximize the value of emerging technologies

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program through Fall 2025 and graduate by Summer 2026
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Web Development, Business, or similar
• Willingness to learn new technical skills
• Exposure to software programming/coding skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to adhere to on-site work schedules as directed
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, Secret, or higher level of federal/government security clearance
• US Citizenship is one of the requirements for security clearance
• Previous internship or work experience is desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to write technical process flows, diagrams, and model documentation
• Foundational understanding of diverse database structures
• Familiarity with fundamental software architecture patterns
• Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and vibe coding

Demonstrates the ability to implement technology solutions and optimize business processes for clients, particularly in Workday and other enterprise platforms. Possesses foundational technical skills and a willingness to learn, with strong communication abilities for diverse audiences.
