Senior Irregular Warfare Planner

• Shape the integration of irregular warfare concepts across joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational planning efforts
• Assess complex operational environments to identify irregular threats, partner ‑ force capabilities, and opportunities to create strategic advantage
• Develop courses of action that apply unconventional, asymmetric, and information ‑ focused approaches
• Synchronize activities across information, cyber, psychological, civil ‑ military, and influence operations
• Collaborate with intelligence, operations, and interagency partners to fuse analytic insights into operational design
• Advise commanders on the employment of irregular forces, surrogate elements, and partner ‑ nation assets
• Plan activities that counter proxy forces, insurgents, and adversarial influence networks and organizations

• Experience with special operations or operational planning
• Experience assessing operational environments to identify irregular threats and partner‑force capabilities
• Experience integrating irregular warfare principles into joint or interagency planning processes
• Experience developing courses of action employing unconventional or asymmetric approaches
• Experience synchronizing activities across information, cyber, psychological, or civil‑military operations
• Ability to fuse intelligence analysis into operational design and planning
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience with irregular warfare or Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience with irregular warfare

Demonstrates expertise in irregular warfare principles, operational planning, and the integration of unconventional approaches across joint and interagency efforts. Proven ability to assess complex environments, synchronize multi-domain operations, and advise on the employment of irregular forces.
