Change Management, Business Systems & Technology Analysis
We are hiring a Senior Consultant to join a growing Technology & Transformation advisory practice, with ERP project delivery at the heart of the role.
This could suit an ERP Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, Senior ERP Consultant or a delivery-focused ERP professional who wants broader exposure across different clients, systems and transformation programmes.
This is not a hands-on configuration role. The focus is on owning ERP project delivery, leading work streams and working directly with client stakeholders from discovery through implementation.
What you will be doing- Lead ERP and technology transformation work streams
- Own project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery
- Work directly with senior client stakeholders
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops and requirements gathering
- Support ERP evaluations, selections and implementations
- Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment and go-live planning
- Assess business processes and recommend improvements
- Produce and present project updates and recommendations to leadership
- Support wider transformation work including process improvement, change management, data, analytics and automation
- Coach junior team members and contribute to the development of the advisory practice
- 3+ years of relevant ERP, project management, technology consulting or transformation experience
- Strong ERP implementation or project delivery experience
- Experience independently owning projects or major work streams
- Strong client and senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience across multiple stages of the ERP implementation lifecycle
- Strong communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
The role is not tied to one ERP platform.
Experience across systems such as Workday, Net Suite, Sage or other enterprise ERP platforms can all be relevant.
What matters is being able to demonstrate genuine ownership of ERP delivery, including areas such as:
- Project and workstream leadership
- Risk and issue management
- Requirements
- Testing and UAT
- Deployment and go-live
Consulting experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong internal ERP Project Managers can also be considered if they are comfortable moving into a client-facing advisory environment.
Nice to have- ERP evaluation or system selection experience
- Business process improvement
- Change management
- Technology transformation
- PMP, Prosci, Scrum or Lean Six Sigma
- Experience coaching junior team members
You will work across different client engagements rather than supporting one internal ERP environment.
The position offers exposure to ERP implementation, technology transformation, process improvement and advisory work while giving you genuine ownership of client delivery.
You will also be joining a growing practice where there is an opportunity to contribute to how the wider offering develops.
Package- Permanent, full-time position
- Hybrid working with flexibility
- Irvine, Long Beach, West Los Angeles, Denver or Salt Lake City
- Approximately 10-15% travel
- Hiring as soon as the right person is identified
