LMRV is currently hiring for an Orientation Technician for our growing team. Your part as an Orientation Technician is to WOW the buyer at delivery by providing excellent customer service and a timely transaction.
Qualifications ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- The day before orientation it is your responsibility to walk through the RV with the Delivery Coordinator or Delivery Manager to ensure that all items on due bill were completed.
- Inspect RV for cleanliness/detail to insure it is up to our standards.
- Prior to the orientation with the customer, you are responsible for making sure all items (that you are going to show the customer) function properly.
- Make a list of recommended accessories during initial walk-thru that you will recommend to the customer during the orientation process.
- Customer orientation.
- Review the orientation folder with the customer
- Must display a positive, influential personality, dealing fairly and diligently with each department.
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
