This is a hybrid role - reporting to the Lakewood, NJ area. We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, and process definition and improvement.

• Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff.
• Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence.
• Payment processing.
• Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
• Exporting predesigned reports.
• Staff meetings and other program support.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 0-2 years’ experience in a customer facing role
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation... $25.00

DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range $19.55 - $27.25
