Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant at Bel Aire.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
  • Organize, prioritize and complete unit make‑readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
  • Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
  • Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
  • One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
  • Possession of minimum tools required.
  • Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
Required Testing
  • Criminal Background Check, Non‑DOT Testing, MVR.
Position Type
  • Hourly Rate - $26/hr, Non‑Exempt, Based on Experience.
  • Full‑time.

    Reporting: direct to Community Manager/Maintenance Supervisor.
