TITLE: A/V Project Manager

LOCATION: Sites from Denver to Fort Collins

We’re looking for an experienced A/V Project Manager to lead commercial low-voltage and Audio/Visual projects from planning through closeout. This role oversees field teams, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships while ensuring quality, safety, and financial performance.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of A/V and low-voltage projects
• Lead field teams and promote a strong safety culture
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete, and change orders
• Coordinate submittals, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors
• Maintain construction documentation, permits, and project closeout
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes

• Proven experience managing Audio/Visual (A/V) projects
• Strong background in low-voltage systems (commercial/enterprise)
• Experience leading teams and managing vendors/subcontractors
• Solid financial, communication, and leadership skills
• High School Diploma required; related degree or Journeyman’s License preferred
• Electrical or low-voltage certifications a plus
• No residential or event-based project experience required
