• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 1‑3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team‑oriented and self‑motivated
• Able to work independently

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
• Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency, and trust through timely communication.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
• Own the customer experience from drop‑off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
