The Kroger Company - - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Drug/GM department.;
Develop scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.;
Develop associates on performance and participate in the performance appraisal process; establish performance goals for department and empower associates to meet goals.;
Implement the period promotional plan and stay current with promotions that affect Drug/GM.;
Assist store management in preparing the store/department budget, profit and loss reviews, and take appropriate action on financial reports.
