Responsibilities and Duties:
- Expert-level knowledge of BSA/AML regulations including proven ability to identify, investigate, and upscale suspicious gaming and financial activity.
- Prepare and facilitate the Nevada Gaming Compliance Committee in accordance with NGCB and NGC regulations.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable operational guidance and disseminate information. Anticipate regulatory risk through proactive research and analysis of evolving gaming and compliance landscapes.
- Assure policies, as they relate to business affairs, are accurate, current and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Review and update policies as laws change.
- Interpret and disseminate information on regulatory matters.
- Ensure that company and its employees and officers maintain all local, state, and federal mandatory licenses and updates state requirements as needed.
- May assist with regulatory and compliance training.
- Manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employee(s); is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units:
- Director of Compliance
-Louisiana - Manager of Compliance
-Colorado - Contract Compliance-Nevada
- Others as assigned

- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization’s policies and implements necessary changes.
- Responsible for regulatory compliance and licensing.

- Expert level knowledge of BSA/AML regulations
- Must possess a valid Colorado Gaming License
- Must meet Nevada Gaming regulations for this position
