• Partner on key Revenue Cycle analytic initiatives and implementations
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop robotic process automation for Revenue Cycle
• Review and analyze revenue cycle data to identify reimbursement opportunities
• Identify patterns and trends for denial management and prevention
• Track performance metrics compared to benchmarks for business process optimization

• Minimum of 5 years of revenue cycle experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Technical expertise in practice management software, business intelligence tools, and data validation
• In-depth knowledge of government, commercial, and managed care insurance reimbursement methodologies across multiple states

• Experience managing other analysts and Revenue Cycle Management supervisors
• Familiarity with advanced data analysis techniques and tools
