Assembly Production Technician

Location:

Broomfield, CO

Schedule:

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.50 per hour (based on experience)

• Assembly & Production:
  Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies into final Wi-Fi modem units; follow SOPs and work instructions at a seated production station; use torque tools and hand tools to complete builds; build and test 1–12 units per day with high quality and precision; ensure timely completion of products with top-tier workmanship
• Testing & Troubleshooting:
  Provision and test completed modems using computer-based systems; perform inspections per Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP) or Work Instructions (MWI); troubleshoot failed units and identify defective subcomponents; test and evaluate customer-returned products
• Process & Quality Support:
  Maintain compliance with AS9100 production test requirements; accurately record inventory transactions and production data; assist with physical inventory counts; participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives; train new hires and fellow technicians as needed

• Required:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or associate degree preferred); 1–3 years of experience in electronics assembly, repair, or testing; familiarity with electro-mechanical systems and production tools; ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions; understanding of ISO
  9000/9001 standards (AS9100 preferred); must pass pre-employment and random drug testing (safety-sensitive role)
• Preferred:
  Computer literacy; JSTD and/or IPC certification; experience with Agile PLM and Navision ERP systems

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Broomfield, CO.
