As part of the talented Lowe Boats team as a Painter, you will prepare, mask, and spray surfaces of aluminum boats with primer and enamel topcoat.

• Apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated.
• Select and mix coating liquid to produce desired color. Pour coating liquid into spray container and connect gun to air hose. Turn sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray. Pull trigger and direct spray onto work surface to apply prime or finish coat.
• Clean spraying equipment with solvent.
• Follow the quality systems procedures.

• Self‑starter, team player with a good safety awareness.
• Requires standing, bending and twisting for a 10‑hour shift.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in painting, autobody or applicable training preferred.

• May be required to work in a non‑air‑conditioned area.
• Regularly required to work at heights on platforms, lifting parts and pieces up to 50 lbs.
• Exposed to noise, dust, fumes and odors daily.
• PPE required: hearing protection, vision protection, safety toe shoes, safety gloves, respirator.

Compensation: $18.55–19.75 per hour, eligible for a 2% annual productivity bonus.
