Working Conditions:

** Pikes Peak Young Life in the heart of Colorado Springs is seeking a candidate who has a deep love for Christ and for students to be a Staff Associate.  This role will specifically serve and lead high school and middle school students in School District 11 of Colorado Springs (Doherty High School / Vista Ridge High School combined club; Jenkins Wyld Life).  

This is a crucial role in our area strategy, as we seek to reach every student in our community.

This is a 3-year commitment for someone who wants to begin her or his Young Life staff journey or grow in his or her Young Life staff leadership abilities and responsibilities. With time, there will be opportunities to grow into more senior roles in the area, including supervision of new staff. The role will involve unconventional working hours (evenings and weekends), as well as a summer camp assignment for 3-4 weeks.
