Salary& Benefits
Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000
Pay is based on factors including education, work experience, and certification. In addition to salary, RMCC offers benefits subject to eligibility: health, dental, and vision plans; wellness program; health savings account; flexible spending accounts; 401(k); life, short-term and long-term disability;

- This position requires rounding hony and Lutheran Hospitals.
- Perform pertinent patient examinations and clinical evaluations, manage clinical care,
- Order and review diagnostic studies, order and monitor medications, and participate in short-term and long-term planning of patient care with the physician team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Nurse Practitioner:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing school and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program. Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner, preferably in the chosen specialty. RN state licensure and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state. Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
AOCNP preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification. - OR Physician Assistant:
Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current NCCPA certification. Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Physician Assistant, preferably in the chosen specialty. Current state license as a Physician Assistant. Current BLS/CPR certification. - OR Clinical Nurse Specialist:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing school and successful completion of a Clinical Nurse Specialist program. Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of practicing Clinical Nurse Specialist, preferably in the chosen specialty. RN licensure and current registration with the State Board of Nursing. Current state licensure as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. AOCNS preferred (if applicable).
Current BLS/CPR certification.
