Life Care Center of Longmont in Colorado is looking for a dedicated RN MDS Coordinator. This role involves coordinating interdisciplinary MDS Assessments and ensuring compliance with CMS regulations. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, active RN licensure, and at least two years of nursing experience with a preference for geriatric nursing.
The responsibilities include reporting patient changes to the Director of Nursing, educating staff on regulatory updates, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
