Shift: Day and Night Rotation
Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification, plus any relevant life support certification as required at the position level.
- Minimum of 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS or CPR card valid through sixty days of hire.
- Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
- Model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Welcome new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity.
- Apply AMSN’s core curriculum and various specialty certification standards in evidence-based care models for each unit.
- Collaborate with Clinical Educators to support individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout orientation.
