Registered Nurse — Full‑Time Nights (7pm‑7am) at Urgent Care Main Campus

• Desires to be part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.
• Must be compassionate, conscientious and meticulous.
• Provides direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, taking histories, physical examinations, and communicating with physicians regarding patient care and follow‑up.
• Participates with physicians in review of patient health records and ensures accurate documentation systemically organized.
• Performs services in accordance with company policy and participates in Quality Improvement (QI) for the clinic.
• Adjusts work schedules to meet the needs and demands of the clinic.
• Is aware of Emergency Disaster Plans and how to respond in the event of a disaster.
• Works effectively with others, demonstrates leadership and teaching ability, and can work under pressure.

• Knowledge of clinical nursing standards and practices.
• Excellent patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships within the department.

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid Texas RN License/Eligible Compact License.
• ER Experience preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• BSN required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire.
