Medication Administration: Safely handle and record medications in full compliance with Colorado regulations.
Dignified Personal Care: Provide hands‑on assistance with ADLs in a gentle, respectful manner.
Dementia Support: Recognize and respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace.
Communication: Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior.
RequirementsExperience: Previous caregiving or memory care experience preferred.
Reliability: Must be dependable and committed to a consistent schedule.
