Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $61,443 - $92,164 / annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is onsite, no hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Coordinates activities and flow of work for leave and accommodation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Primary case manager for employee leave and accommodation requests (FMLA, ADA, state leaves, company-specific leaves).
- Maintains confidential records in the leave management system and coordinates medical documentation, certification tracking, and other required documentation.
- Partners with benefits, payroll, leaders, and HRBPs to ensure accurate and successful leave and accommodation management and education.
- Maintains compliance with applicable leave and accommodation policies, laws, and regulations.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, ability to work with minimal supervision; can work in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED. Preferred:
Bachelor's degree. - 2 years HR experience, preferably in leave or benefits administration.
