We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Colorado programs. This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The nurse is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients; the nurse designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence‑based practice, and principles to promote health and medical stability.

The nurse also provides training/education to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability, as well as to staff. The Registered Nurse directs the practice of the Behavior Techs and/or CNAs on the unit and may participate in the program’s on‑call rotation.

In addition to the essential duties outlined in the Registered Nurse job description, the RN role in Collage’s Colorado program will also be responsible for the following case management tasks and functions:

• Maintain a case management caseload, and be responsible for all case provisions for a caseload, including residential neurorehabilitation services, supporting living, and day treatment clients.
• Facilitate funding communications, provide clinical updates, discharge planning information, foster partnership and address any identified issues as needed.

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in nursing is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain responsible driving behaviors.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
