This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), providing primary care services to patients of all ages in a clinic-based setting in Colorado. The facility maintains structured operating hours with an on-site support team, including a nurse practitioner, medical assistants, and registered nurses to support daily clinical operations. Credentialing for this position is estimated at three weeks to one month.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Colorado, working 4 to 5 days per week during facility hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the office closed for an unpaid lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The expected caseload is 20 patients per day, and clinicians must be comfortable managing this volume across all age groups.

No call coverage is required for this position, and clinicians will not work alone; another NP will be onsite along with MA and RN support. Required credentials include an active Colorado state license, Colorado DEA registration, prescriptive authority, and current COVID and flu vaccinations.
