Travel registered nurse medical care

Overview

UCHealth seeks a Travel RN for Medical Acute Care to deliver expert, patient-centered nursing across our Colorado hospitals. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive assessment, medication administration, and evidence-based care for diverse adult patients in fast-paced acute settings. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support discharge planning, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care in acute care settings for diverse adult populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.

• Current RN license applicable to state(s) of practice.
• Travel experience or willingness to travel as part of the role.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing workloads.
