Salary Range: $92,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year

Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Support

• Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients
• Empower patient’s caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one
• Provide coordination of care, ensuring continuous assessment of each patient’s and family’s needs
• Responsible for documentation and communication of care, medication, and observations during patient care to track responsiveness and health
• Provide appropriate patient and family education to help achieve a pain‑free and comfortable status
• Maintain therapeutic patient/nurse relationships throughout the health care continuum
• Support hospice visits as needed

• Registered nurse with valid licensure in the state
• Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited nursing program
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• At least one year of hospice experience (preferred)
• Excellent observation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, and nursing skills per competency checklist
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload independently

Base rate for being on‑call

$50‑100 per visit
