Job Overview

Angels of Care Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide home medical care for infants, children, and adolescents in Lakewood, CO and surrounding areas. Positions are available full‑time and part‑time with days, nights, and weekends.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other qualified personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care among the patient’s healthcare team.
• Educate family members on clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Initiate preventative measures to protect the quality of care for patients.
